Communication activity and public relations of the University of Oradea is to ensure internal and external communication, so that through effective communication  is aimed to gain and maintain the trust of employees, of different audiences, and in this way, the public institution will benefit of a positive image.

Communication is a complex process of transmission of information, messages and relationship in many ways.

The image of our institution is build by a complex history, reputation and its success, quality of services, efforts and achievements in research or social responsibility. The image of the University of Oradea is essential in the relations with media, with different partners or potential donors (investors or donors).

An efficient management of public relations at the University of Oradea means continuous contact with his audience, thus creating a specific identity which aims to be the image of the institution. This identity must be defined by credibility, quality, reliability and professionalism, moral values ​​and responsibility.
